The Old Barracks Coffee Roastery & Coffee Bar has decided to bring the team and coffee community together to support a good cause through coffee by organising OBR Charity Day 2020 on Saturday, 1st of February in the Roastery.
Building on 3 information sessions in May, June and July you have an understanding of flavours, roasting and making a great cup of coffee at home. In this session, we are joined by our own Old Barracks Coffee Roastery experts, and mathematicians and chemists from University of Limerick who will speak on the impact of grind size, flow rate and extraction rates of the various chemicals and flavours of coffee.

Visit the street food garden at The Old Barracks Coffee Roastery and book a seat at the Long Table Quest Recovery Lunch. Dine family style and pick from the food buffets presented on each table while you meet and chat to fellow Quest participants. Food is served in the street food garden as you dine at long benches made from cedar trees. Lunch starts at 1pm, live music will start at 2pm.
