Moreau’s Chablis gives you the best of tradition coupled with perfect contemporary winemaking— simply outstanding. This chardonnay jumps out of the glass with its complex nose. The palate is full of apple flavours with hints of tropical fruit and citrus acidity. It has excellent texture and a very long zesty finish with a kick of minerality.
The fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with natural yeast, then aged 12 months—65% in stainless steel and 35% in oak.
