Our new Nicaraguan coffee is a naturally processed, which means after picking the coffee cherries from the coffee trees, the cherries are laid to dry on drying beds or patios on the farm. Natural process adds sweetness and fruitiness to the coffee, because the bean has more time to interact with the natural sugars in the coffee. Coffee lovers will enjoy sweet honey and milk chocolate notes along with a fruity snap of pear and star fruit.
