Meet our new coffee from El Diamante, Jaén, crafted by first-generation producer Elmer Tineo and his family! At 1600-2000 MASL, their 10-hectare farm grows Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai, along with rare varieties like Gesha and Centroamericano. Shifting to specialty coffee, Elmer's dedication has paid off—one of his coffees won 3rd place in the Cup of Excellence! Practicing organic farming, the family uses compost, keeps bees, and even produces honey. This natural coffee is a true labor of love, and we're excited for you to try it!
