This champagne has delicious citrus flavours with slight buttery hints and a long, flavourful finish. The addition of 20% Chardonnay to the blend, and ageing for 22 to 30 months, lends more complexity and intensity. Fruit flavours and aromas are ripe, even tropical, and quite powerful while remaining delicate and elegant.
