Wellanschitz Blaufrankisch
From the foothills of the alps, this Blaufränkisch has aromas of dark cherry and blackberry. Fermented from natural yeast; the wine is terroir-driven with a so spicy finish. The Zweigelt grape is a brilliantly hardy grape that was made for the Austrian climate. Fermented in large oak barrels, this light to medium bodied wine has warm dark blackberry fruit balanced by alpine freshness.
