Characterised by a beautiful dark purple dress with a red fruit character on the nose, this 2018 vintage reveals with flavours of fresh red berries, mocha and a hint of spice. In the mouth it has a good structure and offers fruit, generous body with finesse and a remarkable silkiness. This is a very pleasant wine, perfectly vinified and with good persistence and character.
Situated next to the famous châteaux of Pavie & La Gaffelière, this is an intense and bold Saint-Émilion Grand Cru. Old vines (75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc) provide an intense concentration of dark plummy fruit, graphite & toastiness; finishing very long.
