Pirolette Saint-Amour 2019

Saint-Amour is a vibrant Beaujolais Cru, showcasing diverse terroirs like Fleurie's pink granite and Côte du Py's blue volcanic soil. Spontaneous fermentation with the Chapeau method is followed by nine months on lees in egg amphorae and stainless steel tanks. The result is a dark ruby wine with intense aromas of dark berries, cherry liqueur, and liquorice, culminating in a long, elegant finish.
