Brilliant ruby red with garnet hues. Sweet, fruit-driven nose with notes of morello cherry and soft spice. Rich and harmonious on the palate, with silky tannins and a long, austere, intensely fruity finish. A modern expression of Montepulciano from the Marche (Rosso Conero), partly aged in oak.
Excellent with stuffed pasta, grilled and roasted meats, game, braised dishes, and mature cheeses.
